  • Support Services Director plays a vital role in providing trauma-informed care and coordinating community-based services following a suicide loss or attempt. This position oversees REPS’ Counseling & Therapy Program, supports individuals and families navigating grief and trauma, leads crisis and postvention response efforts, and maintains partnerships and data systems to ensure seamless, compassionate care.

  • Community Impact & Development Manager leads the planning, promotion, and execution of REPS’ fundraising initiatives and donor engagement strategies. This role is responsible for organizing events, securing sponsorships, managing social media, supporting grant efforts, and strengthening relationships with local businesses and stakeholders.

    This position is ideal for someone who is creative, organized, relationship-oriented, and passionate about mental health, suicide prevention, and community connection in the Yampa Valley.
